My opinion is: No. I mean, she already lost the visitation rights and the custody of her kids. I heard she was dating a magician (?!) and after the performance of "Gimme More", I think she has hit rock bottom. Then those incidents where she had her kids in the front seat with her, and she hit those people with her car accidentally...shaved her head, and everything else. She could TRY to make a comeback, and that would be nice.
