I don't think there is a problem especially if they are doing some high performance show, ya know? All the dancing and costume changes- I don't want to hear them out of breath! I can understand wanting to hear the true voice if it were like a sit down alone acoustic kinda thing. But, I agree with ya!

If you got to see a live performance that means singing LIVE

Because we listen to the lip-synched version as home all the time. Live is RAW! :D

the voice in the speaker has been edited and modified to sound good... aint LIVE and aint the real voice singing.. its WRONG... wrong i tell youuu !!!

Voice quality can be edited and perfected in the studio by machines, and people want to know that singers actually have the talent they claim to on disk. Otherwise, why would we pay money to listen to albums of horrible quality? Many singers don't even come up with their own lyrics; why shouldn't we just pay the lyricists and bypass the vocalists completely?

In many ways, people want to praise those who have superb talents and kick those who don't. If it turned out one day that Beyonce was syncing all her songs instead of singing, she would suffer major fall-out, despite being beautiful. People just don't like being tricked.

What's wrong? I'll tell you everytihng is wrong, why would you pay to see anything LIVE to then see or hear a recording. I understand (being a musician) the reasons for miming and thats what it is, pretending to be singing when you are not. This is due to the logistics of setting up a live situation in a studio or on stage. However, most people these days do it because they simply cant do it live.

KEEP IT LIVE

Live is live not a record playing.!!!

What is the point of going to see an artist perform live if you just hear exactly what you can listen to on the cd at home? I like that the artists sound a bit different live, more raw. I don't care if there are mistakes it's just not the same if it's lip synched.

well sometimes if you record the voice and lip-sync the recorders can change your voice.
So it won't actually be your normal voice( it depends on how you see it.):)

it isnt live and no one really believes its your voice if you sing live then it is your REAL VOICE!

I know, But if your gunna pay money don't you want tot hear the real thing, If not go buy a CD
