I doubt that she does them at all. And once you consider the fact that you will not only pay her, but you will be responsible for security, her meals, where she stays and transportation - not only to your house - but to the city and state you live in. It all adds up and without even knowing you or your friend I doubt you can even afford it.
yes all you have to do is ask her .....and have daddy pay her a boat load of money but hey your daddy's little princess so your worth it right?

I doubt she doesn't bday concerts, especially when she's that busy with the tour. If she were going to do a bday concert, I'm sure she'd be going for close half a million dollars to show up for it, this girl probably just wants people to like her :)

She does if she is not busy, and she has the time. But you have to be very rich to be able to afford having her at your party!
If you want her to sing at a personal appearance (birthday), it'll be between 50,000 and 70,000.
I don't think she'll just "show up" at a party.
