Do you get star stuck when you see someone famous?!

Question: I dunno why this happens to me!!! It is so freaking annoying, they are normal people, just like us...so why is it I can't seem to form a sentence when around them? LOL I even get star stuck with reality stars, like they are anything special, lol. I just shared an elevator with Caridee from America Next Top Model and I truly was dumbfounded...I think maybe it was because she is way more beautiful in person than on TV.

Yeah. I once went to a book signing by Michael Palin (from Monty Python's Flying Circus) and these thoughts ran through my head "Oh my God, he's actually writing my name!" followed by "I am such an idiot!" I couldn't think of a single thing to say. He was very patient and friendly to everyone at the book signing and stayed well past the allotted time so at least his reputation as being the "nicest Python" seems to be true.

Over the summer I met Rodney Atkins, Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Nickelback, Miranda Lambert and Daughtry. All of which I got a picture with and a photo signed and every single one of them I felt like I was back to learning how to speak. So yes, I most defenitely get star struck.

I live in samll podunk town in SE Michigan.. The only "stars" I may see are NASCAR drivers and I always talk to them. I did see Danica Patrick once. I wasn't startstruck I couldn't get close enough to be!~

I would be a bit over-whelmed at first, but then I would calm dowm

I used to when I was younger but not ant more after all they're just people like us doing their job.
Try breaking the ice by saying I love your shoes, shirt, bracelet,it works ...that's how I started being able to talk to them and most of them are nice people.
Try imagining them on the loo,it works for some.

I was in Pittsburgh this past weekend for the Steelers/Dolphins Monday night game and we met Jerome Bettis. My two friends actually like the Steelers so they where freaking out. Since I didn't care about him or the Steelers I didn't get all crazy and stupid. We saw him at his restaurant "Grille 36". My friend got his autograph and was acting like a little girl afterwords. LoL!!! Good times.
=)

i kind of did when i met Morrissey in Chicago years ago. other than that, no.

For sure! I thought i was gonna have a heart attack when i met Jerry Seinfeld
