Why does Britney Spears keep sabotaging herself?!

From my own experiences she's very similar to how I was when younger, obviously she has some depression problems maybe made worse by the birth of her children so close together adding post natal depression into the mix.
I feel badly for her, it's very hard to be a young mother anyway but being in the limelight with every move you make being judged upon by the media and public must make it so much worse.
I really think she needs to step back from the industry and focus on getting herself and family back on track and accept there is a problem rather than trying to get confidence from work.

she can't stop until she hits rock bottom. It's clear that she isn't making her choices, she is influenced by the drugs and alcohol.
All that cocaine she snorted is having an affect on your brain.
It doesn't leave once it enters.
