Gerard Way is amazing! My Chemical Romance are an awesome band [I've seen them 3 times this year!]. He is a great singer with the right attitude and reasons for being in a band in the first place. He is a great role model, and a good influence - he has stopped smoking and taking drugs. He also is against homophobia, sexism and racism, and that's why I admire him so much. He has a great personality too and you can tell that he genuinely appreciates his fans.He has truly had such a positive impact on people's lives. He is such a talented songwriter, singer and artist [seriously, if you haven't read his comic The Umbrella Academy, you've missed out!] I know that I'll probably get some thumbs down for this, as I get alot of stick for liking MCR in the first place,so I don't care. I'm glad someone else has realised how awesome he is! All of MCR are great actually - they're all amazing musicians! By the way, I'm new to Yahoo Answers and this is my first answer, so apologies if you think it's rubbish!

    umm..okay..a lot of exclamation marks there..i think he is an amazing guy. his lyrics are just..incredible, and he has a really pretty voice too.he's definately more than just 'hot'.i think he is a good role model, he stopped drinking heavy and doing drugs and him and the rest of the band are against homophobia,sexism and discrimination of any sort. plus he's an awesome artist >.<
