Why does Kevin Richardson can't be seen in the new Backstreet Boys music vid!

Question: Kevin left the band in June 2006 cause he wanted to start his family.He and his wife had a baby boy named Mason in July 3rd 2007.
But the other boys say the doors are always open for him to come back! ;)

He's not with the Backstreet Boys anymore. He's doing his own solo album now.
