I think both girls are okay. I mean, my answer is Miley because she is really a good role model, and she is a great influence to kids. I really like her music.
The reason I didn't choose Emily Osment is because she still is great, but her attitude is more negitive compaired to Miley's.

I do watch the show.I like Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus more as a singer than Emily Osment,but I like both of their characters on the show.
