Question: if i am putting together public service announcements, filming them for tv and i want them to be supported by celebrities, how to i contact them in order to propose this to them?....is there a phone book or something..

Go to their myspace or their website and send an email.
search the celebrity online and search adress next to it and that way you could send a letter. You could go to their myspace and contact them through there or their website. Good Luck!

You won't get Celebs home addresses. They have agents to sort out their work schedule for them. You should try to find out who represents them. Try typing names into the search area of spotlight. You will get agents details from there
