Well, attractiveness is a very subjective judgment to make. Also, People doesn't make its determination of "Sexiest Man" on looks alone. Theoretically, the same person would given the title every year if this was the case. Much of the determination is also made on the person's popularity and work within the past year. Matt Damon has had a very busy year, to say the least. He's been in several huge pictures and was in the highly-anticipated Bourne Ultimatum. All of these factors went into his title, not just his looks.

yes, he is really hott. and an all around good person...one of my friends friends had a wedding reception at the same casinno where they were filming oceans eleven and well they had the bride's little sister find the stars of the movie come and see them for the wedding and well matt damon was the only one that would come and george clooney was a jerk to the little girl. matt stayed for pictures and everything.
