JFK was assassinated in 1963. But he was Catholic and Christian. He was not a perfect leader or man but no one is.

Edit: His heart is what determined whether he was a good Catholic/Christian. Scripture tells us that only Jesus can judge the heart, and that he is the only judge between god and man. So I cannot presume to judge him.

He is dead dear...do u mean teddy? He left taht poor girl to drown is all I need to know about his character...he was no jfk..

jfk is dead n he was catholic

Where have you been. He's been dead for years.

Dont confuse the two... Heck most Catholics arent real Christians anyways...

I believe he is a deceased Catholic/Christian..............

dead since 1963

JFK was catholic. As for whether or not he still is, well that depends on your beliefs in the afterlife as he is long dead.

he was a catholic president, idk about what he's done to demonstrate it though.
And no, unfortunately, he is still not a catholic or christian because he got assassinated while in presidency, so he is dead.

Hi. Which JFK do you mean?

I think he died in office. To the extent he could be reincarnated by now, he might be Buddist.

He is no longer in Catholic, because he was sent to Hell by the one true God...Zeus! ;) (I am just kidding) ;)

Kennedy kept his religion out of politics. By pledging to do that, he managed to be electable. He did nothing while he held office as a demonstration of his faith.

As for the Christian question.. I'm not quite sure, as some people of the Christian faith believe Catholics are not Christian.

You can call yourself whatever you want to. As a true catholic or a true christian, only JFK & God can answer that.

Catholic and he isn't changing.

JFK was catholic, but since he's been deceased since 1963, he hasn't demonstrated much of anything in the way of his faith or anything else, though he has been a symbol of inspiration to the American people.

catholic. When he became president, he believed firmly in the separation of church and states. Kennedy is death, so that means he isn't catholic anymore.

He's dead ... and yes he was a Catholic. He demonstrated it by believing in Catholic beliefs and going to a Catholic church with his family when he was young.

He demonstrated it by being a good president and being the opposite of our current president.

Catholic

if he claims he's Catholic, then he is. You claim your Catholic, you're Catholic

JFK was a Catholic Christian (all Catholics are Christian). He spoke about his Catholicism briefly during his presidential campaign, but promised to not let it affect him in any way as he led the country.

I'm not sure I would consider that a great demonstration of Catholic faith -- why wouldn't you be influenced by the most important moral code of your life? But he died before I was born, so I guess I can't say exactly what it was like.

Yes, he's still Catholic, wherever he is.
