NO, it is confirmed that she will be back on hsm 3. She is not fired. those are fake rumors. She already signed a contract with Disney and Disney accepts her in.
I don't think she should be fired. Yes she should be a role model for kids, but those pictures were never intended for the public. They were for her BF's eyes only. It's not fair to scrutinize her for what many "normal" women do. I believe firmly in forgiving for mistakes and moving on. If she does the same thing again or starts to go down a trashy path then yes by all means get rid of her.

i don't think that she should be fired. those weren't for anybody else but her bf. u are taking this to seriously. my kids love that show and know her songs i would still let them watch the hsm3 movie with her in it.
I think disney should be fired for promoting a false sense of happiness and bad stereotypes to little kids.
whatever an actor does outside their movie screens should be no bother to us, unless like this, it's hilarious, but people should really get over it by now.
Vanessa did make a wrong choice to take those photos, because she should have known out of common sense that those photos were going to be leaked, since she is a high profile Disney celebrity. Sure, they were personal and only intended for her b.f., but it looks as though Vanessa wanted people to see these photos. There would be a BIG controversy if Vanessa is put back on HSM3, because of her lack of maturity... Vanessa is probably worse than Britney Spears now..
Hi look those images have not really hurt her as a star,in fact she is now more popular coz they weren't meant for public airing..BUT
Her position is in real jeopardy on the set,cos Disney are looking to not renew her contract,as it doesn't fit in with Disney's Image and NOT a good role model for kids ?..
