I know him...He's not Japanese. He's Korean. A Korean actor. . .He was in a movie or drama IDK calls " Jenny, Juno ( Juno = him ) " and his real name is Kim Hye-seong . Well yeah! hope this help!! you're welcome!!

His name is Tokuro Sigamachi; he was in the movie Nehongo Korubo (Japanese Club)

I am not sure but he seems Japanese actor-singer Takuya Kimura when he was a teenager. Now he is probably around 35 years old.
