Cyrus, is actually a GREEK name meaning "sun", It is also PERSIAN...
so I assumed that somewhere in the family (if not immediate families) there's Greek blood. Doubt any Persian blood.
Also, Miley and her father have the same kinda color hair (similar shades of hair), right?

In most cases, white folks with red hair and blue or green eyes could be Irish or Celtic or their lines from the British Isles, right? Or mixed with British blood.
