I'm fed up to the back teeth of celebrity's abusing there positions, they should be grateful for their life styles, all that money and all they do is become drunks and drug addicts, they get above their stations and think they are better than anyone else, who do they think they are, granted I'm all for the every day person getting help with problem such as alcohol and drugs because some don't have anything else in their life's and think this is the way out, but she should thank her lucky stars, stop being so self important and get her life sorted, i would love to have those luxury's and i certainly wouldn't abuse them.
No breaks should be given to her for her stumbling, babbling ridiculous performance...she should give a refund!!!

Her husbands a waste of space though. She wasnt as bad as she is now before she met him. She'l lose everything if she stays with that rat.
That woman has a remarkable talent and she is throwing it away.
The fans who walked out probably wont buy her music anymore.
She has made some terrible mistakes but i do feel sorry for her.

No, unless it was a free gig. When people pay good money to see a gig, its a kick in the face when the artist cant be bothered.
You have to remember that people pay a lot of money for tickets to see concerts. When you have saved, bought your tickets and then travelled to the gig only to see your artist crying, babbling and generally underperforming you would expect a refund. To be honest, Amy behaves like this regularly at her gigs - even when her husband was not in prison. She has a drink and drugs problem and therefore is not reliable. It is a shame, she has an outstanding voice. My guess is that she is going to have a complete breakdown and she will come back in about 5 years time when is clean to relaunch her career.

She made Her life....its all down to her now...i have no sympathy with her what-so-ever... she should go back to her last job ( What ever that was ).... she should also sue over the real bad sex change operation ( still has a "Adams apple .! )..... No we should boycott her. She may well be missing her husband but if he was out they would only be getting drunk and off their faces together.

you know, I don't really know much about it or anything, but as I was reading the answers, I don't think that being drunk is an excuse. Many performers do gigs while under the influence and were still able to keep the attention of their fans. James Hetfield from Metallica is a good example of this. Being drunk is NOT an excuse for giving a bad performance, however if most of us went to work and acted the way she did, then we would have been fired.

She takes peoples money for a performance, then she enters into an obligation to perform. Does she deserve a break - no absolutely not. These people are happy to take the publics' money and all the other trappings of fame so they need to meet their end of the bargain.
