Who thinks Phil Spector is guilty?!
Question: I followed bits and pieces of the trial on television and from what i saw i think that he is guilty. Beyond a reasonable doubt guilty. I watched his defense one day and the theory they were basically putting forth was that she was so depressed after lowering her self to sleeping with Spector that she killer herself.
That may be the worst defense i have heard in awhile, right up with the I couldn't have shot her i was going to the car to get my gun excuse Baretta came up with.

I don't know enough about the case to make a judgement on it and I don't think that many people out there do either unless you watched the entire thing on court tv, but even they are biased in reporting high profile cases.
all creepy people are guilty of something
Spector is as guilty as O.J. Simpson, Edward Kennedy, Michael Jackson and Robert Blake. Anybody who believes they are innocent also thinks Barry Bonds did not use steroids.
