Why did Dustin Diamond turn into such a mean guy?!
Question: When I saw him on celebrity fit club I couldn't believe how mean he was I mean I knew he wasn't going to be exactly like screech in real life but I thought he was nice. apparently not huh. Anyone know what made him that way?

If you had played "Screech" for soooo many years and gotten the hype publicity over being that character ~ wouldn't you turn mean too?
I don't know. He did stand-up at my college 2 or 3 years ago. He was so crude!! He started off his show dropping an F bomb. Several F bombs.
I think maybe he was tired of the "Screech" image (meek, lame, dorky) and is trying to be a tough guy. But we all remember him as Screech (the nice guy), so we're appalled by his behavior.

He used to be nice and sweet, but he's trying to lose weight and you know how sassy that makes a man! Also, publicity hounds have not been very nice to him. It's made him cranky. The poor dear! He's still a cutie pie!
He went from dim and clueless, to rude and foolish.
He was all thinking he's better than everyone.

He looked like such an as* on that show! He was really annoying but it was funny to watch him look worse and worse every episode. He brought it on himself. I don't know why he acts that way, he seems really, really insecure.
