I think it's simply a rumor. They are dating, but it's very recent and Hayden is quite young. She also just ended a relationship with Stephen from Laguna Beach not too long ago. I don't think she would jump into an engagement that quickly...she seems to be a solid young lady with a good head on her shoulders.
