Don't be scared. Treat them like anyone else. Along the same lines, would you be too scared to acknowledge a severly handicapped person? Remember that everyone lives on the same planet. Just be yourself.

no i have never met a celeb at all

I haven't met too many celebrities, but I'm getting into the entertainment industry, so I've been working on becoming more comfortable around them. (Recently, I met one of the lead actors from "Prison Break"... I was very proud of how I kept it together!)

The most important thing to remember is that they are real, live people, who have problems and thoughts and concerns like everyone else in the world. Unfortunately, they spend their lives being treated really oddly (how would you like people dropping their jaws everywhere you go?), so being treated like a normal person is a relief. So, the best way to battle being starstruck is to look at a celebrity as a real person, and speak to them as you would anyone else.

I met a few of my favorite bands. (Fall Out Boy, The Academy Is..., Armor For Sleep)

I wasn't speechless. I talked to them like they were normal people (which they are). That's basically how you have to look at it when you meet a celebrity.

It's not like that, but there was one time when I was doing some work and I went to the door of a house to hand out a flyer and my jaw literally dropped and I couldn't remember my own name let alone what I was supposed to say for the pitch. Keep in mind that I am good looking and smart and I had already sold like 10 people that day with the same pitch and I had it memorized because I was the one who came up with it

She was just stunning and totally mesmerizing. My friend walked up and saw me just standing there tounguetied and began the pitch himself. I later recovered and spit some game to her but she had a boyfriend. I forget the girl's name but she was well known as one of the best looking girls in my city back in like 1999 or 2000. I have only seen a few girls as hot as her but yes one was a celeb and I talked to her and gt a picture with her on my arm and we looked pretty good for it being a pos camera.

The hardest one for me was Robin Williams. But, if you just break the ice, say HI, how's your day, celebs are really cool. Robin was really nice, very almost shy. I don't get star struck, but he's just such a legend. I've said hi to people like Ryan Phillipe without even knowing it was him.
At the end of the day, they're real people just the same!
