Celebrities given protection from having unauthorized images of them or articles!

Question: Should they be entitled to such protection and should anyone found publishing unauthorized articles or photos of the celebrities be charged criminally?

Only answer if you agree and why please. I have heard the disagreeing argument. It makes no sense.

It depends on the subject matter. We have to understand that celebrities are human, too. And there may be children involved. Nobody's lived a perfect life. But, if a celebrity is trying to transform themselves for the sake of their children or just for the heck of it; the press needs to respect that. I would, also, like to add that if they see a celebrity walking down the street to get a cup of coffee from Starbucks; they need to leave them alone. I don't care too much for Brittany. But, I don't blame her for running over those dumb photographers' feet. Idiots. Sorry. As you can see, I believe in respecting a person's privacy (whether they are in the public spotlight or not).

You mean like that idiot Prince sueing a fan site for having pictures of him on it? That guy is getting flakier than Michael Jackson.
