Do boys like concerts?!
Question: If I were to chose concert tickets for my son, I would not know what to get. My Stepdaughter is totally into Chris Brown, but What do boys like? They would feel weird about seeing a girl in concert, like Beyonce and they would feel weird about seeing a guy in concert, like Chris Brown. Is it normal for guys not to like concerts as much as girls?

They wouldn't exactly feel weird seeing a girl in the concert, as long as she's not the main singer or w/e i guess... but it all depends on what type of music your son likes. Ask him, you should get to know these things better too. I guess you sometimes hear the songs he listens to also.. so you get an idea of what kind of music.. and make sure the band's pretty popular and is the one that he would like.

i'd go to a chris brown concert just because there will be a butt load of chicks there!

It all depends on their taste in music. If they like Chris Brown like your step daughter does, I don't think they would object to going to that concert with her. I went to a Metallica concert with my sister.
No. Some people just aren't concert goers though. I like concerts, but it sounds like I have a different taste in music than your kids do. Still, at every show I've been to, there are plenty of girls, and plenty of guys.
Yeah, I think men do like concerts if they like that band/singer. It is not weird for male to go to another male singers/band concert. Neither for a woman. You just like their music and their is nothing wrong with that.
No Iloved concerts as a kid in the 60's and 70's and kids still do, no matter the gender. Try to look at his CD's and see who he listens to the most and get those tickets or try to talk to him to see what he is listening to.
I had 2 kids and they both loved concerts (1 boy 1 girl). Thye liked some of the same artists like Pearl Jam, Green Day and Nine Inch Nails and they each had artists they liked separately.
Some people, regardless of gender are less moved my music and/or don't like crowds, so they do not attend concerts, but most teens like to go to concerts. I'm an educator and just as many boys, maybe more, enjoy concerts of their favorite artists as do girls.

if he likes guitars, rock music etc... make sure its for a band he likes.
if not, and he listens to Chris Brown or Beyonce etc... go with something like Kanye West - you cant go wrong with Kanye, there will be guys there for the music, and girls there for the music
