i think it is because they just want gossip 2 start up drama. I agree with u she is very pretty. Also these days people who r skinny r considered fat in other peoples eyes.
they say she's fat because they have nothing better to do. any woman who is healthy looking instead of rail thin is always considered fat. but as you know she doesn't stand for it.
I don't think she is fat, but sometimes when she is sitting and all you see is her face, it sometimes looks fat.

Because every magazine cover is airbrushed and photoshopped until the cover model is PERFECT. If you saw the marie claire cover with America Ferrera they took away from her arms and her body. She looked absoultely pretty and fine before they messed with her picture. It is because of all of this that people would consider a perfectly fine woman fat. Britney Spears on the MTV movie awards was not fat - she actually looked healthy (she just finally was not killing herself in the gym to be stick thin with "ripped" abs. Away with the airbrushing and ....good god there is cellulite!! - well that is a fact - most women, no matter how thin can still have cellulite - it is life. Tyra is by no means fat or overweight.

Because they have been conditioned by the media to think it is normal to look like a lollipop- big head, stick body. You know... Paris, Calista, Olsen girls, Victoria Beckham, Nicole, all those skin and bone celebrities that would absolutely PANIC if they gained an ounce. I just saw the cover of People with Queen Latifah, and while most people would not want to be her size (this coming from a big woman, I would love to have her body type), I think she looks awesome. People just don't realize that the average size for American women is a 14, but they call this "fat." It's ridiculous.
Because the media and the haters out there have gone over the deep end with the whole body image concept.
I actually saw a young woman on here tonight asking about a "new diet" which consisted of replacing meals with a plateful of frozen water...in other words...ice.
If my Dad was alive he would say the world is going straight to heck in a handbasket....it is insane.
Tyra Banks is smart and beautiful and I was happy that she told the ridiculous media and haters to kiss her behind.
I have friends with pre teenage daughters who are refusing to eat meals and it is a constant fight to keep their weight at a healthy level. These are not families who are overly weight conscious, these kids are being told by their peers in school that they are fat in second and third grade....sickining.
The world is distorting more and more, my family and I eat healthy, exercise and enjoy walking and running and hiking and being outdoors. If we feel like having ice cream or another treat type item, we do, but it's everything in moderation and we are all healthy and happy and that's what is important.
If I put on a few extra pounds, I exercise a bit more, eat more veggies and would certainly never consider eating a plate of ice instead of a meal.....
