Despite all the tabloid reports, they are still "happily married." There is a picture of them kissing in this week's US Weekly (the one with Lauren Conrad on the cover). Personally, I think they will be divorced sometime in the near future. Although I never read the Enquirer and such, most of the time they are correct! And, her hubby will score because they did not have a prenup when they married!
