I think that she would be ur friend because she is nice.If i met her i would ask her to be my friend and if she said yes i would give her my number 2 put in her phone and put her number in my phone.I would try 2 call her and if she didn't remember me then i would get pretty mad.Does that answer our question?
she seems more down to earth than some of the other celebrities. I would probably just treat her like any other person. I think if you were cool with her, she would be cool with you.
Of course she would. She is a very nice girl. I know for a fact she would become friends with a fan... but she doesnt like the OMG ITS MILEY CYRUS AHHH! type of thing, like if you want to be her friend just be down to earth and be yourself.

If she's a decent person she wont care about the person's celebrity staus, but rather their personality and character.
I think Miley would be friends with a fan. I would be SO nervous to meet her. She's so cute and awesome. I'd ask her to be my friend, and we'd be friends for the rest of our lives.
i personally don't like miley cyrus becuz she lip-sync's and she can't sing and her acting is worse than her voice [thats my opinion dont judge] but she seems like a kool girl and i think she wud become friends with a fan :]

No celebrity will become friends with a fan that comes seeking friendship. That isnt to say they dont have any friends that are fans but anyone going looking to be a friend of a celeb comes across as a stalker and that isnt cool
