Hard to tell...Lindsay Lohan is screwed up because her parents were neglectful in not raising her with any type of disicline or structure. Paris is the way she is because her parents were too indulgent. So what is worse, parents who let you run wild because you're making more than they are, or parents who let you run wild and finance it?
I'd have to say Lindsay. Although Lindsay has a drug/alcohol problem she hasn't had a sex tape out. Also there are so many videos and pics of Paris doing drugs, saying racist and anti-Semitic comments. So I'd go with Lindsay.
