Anybody else see Paul McCartney at Roundhouse last night?!

Question: Absolutely amazing. I surprised myself too - had tears in my eyes for most of it - it was wonderful and i'd recommend anybody to go and see him if you can, like him or not as you'll love him afterwards. Sooo professional and mostly Beatles stuff made it amazing!

I never got to the roundhouse gig, but I have seen him live. It was at Wembley Arena, January 1990. I was 16 years old and got huge amounts of grief from people at school for going - apparently Macca is for old farts - but I had the time of my life. He is an amazing performer, a true showman. Like you said, even if you don't like him it's worth going just for the show. A lot of the wannabes today could learn a lot from him.

i would rather watch grass grow sorry but i can't stand him or the beatles or that tribute band oasis

I watched it on BBCi.... "Live and let die" was superb. He originally sang it with his band 'Wings' in the '70s. I was never a fan of the Beatles as a group, but McCartney came good with his own band.

I didnt personally, but soooo glad you enjoyed it...you cant beat a live band
