Most of the TV videos are camera tricks.
The simple levitation trick is done with a trick shoe and a cut pant leg. He even made a video of himself revealing the gimmick - just google for it.
I'm not sure. It could be faked or maybe he just has some 'special power' that nobody else has...
I think he just does them like you see them. He has powers that no one else has. It's amazing how he does it though.
Its all an illusion.
