okay my opinion is kind of split -
what i like about her:
She's awesome at acting, she used to look great - i liked the fact that back in the days she wasn't as thin as a match, and she looked awesome. Her soundtracks were also very good.
What i don't like about her - Nowadays she's kind of an American Princess. ya know what i'm talking about. she bacame too thin and she's too much influenced from the hip hop culture (sexyness and music), which I don't like.
so,
old Hilary Duff - hell yeah.
Today's Hilary Duff - nah.
I think she's kind of cute looking...
I also think no one really hears about her as much anymore.

Negative: she's kinda changed her style of music and I'm not really into it...
Positive: she's more down to earth than some other celebrities, and she's comfortable with herself which makes her a good role model on the personality side of things

She's okay, not the best actress. But you don't hear about her getting arrested or showing her privates in public.
I think she ahs turned her life around since dating Joel Madden actually she was doing good while she was dating Joel but she has really grown up now and I'm glad to see that her life is not turning out like britney's or lindsey's.
She is a sweet girl with natural beauty.
She sings very well but I don't think she acts well
Don't really know. I haven't heard anything bad about her so I'll keep my negative comments to myself.
Shes alot better than any of these other girls in Hollywood.Shes a good role model for the little ones.Im so tired of seeing women like Lindsay Lohan, britney ,and Paris Hilton being such large influences over our children.And this other girl I just saw on the news who was in a Disney movie that let someone post nude pictures of her on the internet, disgusting.What are these women thinking when they do these things?They know that little girls look up to them and they just dont care.Thank God there are still a few respectable classy females left in Hollywood like Hilary Duff.

Young. Smart. Straight arrow. Short! Good family, supportative sister. Rich! I have read comments about her from people who hire her to do commericals, etc. They say she shows up ON TIME, is DRESSED, ready to go to work, including makeup and hair! Does her job, no complaints or whining, has lunch with the employees and staff, goes home to her family at night.
Amanda Bines is the same way. That is why she does so well.
I think she tries to stay out of the drama. Disney kid actors are so lucky. Lol
Since dating Joel Madden- she's changed big-time. Even her music changed. I loved her b4 Joel came and brain-washed her but since he moved on to Nicole Richie now, poor Nicole........ well as least she eats now so i guess that's a good thing.
But i think she makes a better actress (Hilary)compared to her now music.
