Do you think less of celebrities who smoke?!
Question: I was just on imdb, and people are making a huge deal out of whether or not various actors smoke cigarettes, going so far as to say they wouldn't be a fan anymore if they found out these actors smoked.
Would you stop being a fan of an actor if you found out they smoked? Why?
(I personally wouldn't, because smoking does not affect acting ability. I do take issue with vocal musicians smoking, but it doesn't make me less of a fan--it just makes me shake my head.)

I don't think less of anybody who smokes, celebrity and non celebrity alike. It is a personal choice and I do not believe I [group I] have the right to dictate other peoples choices.
Some of my friends smoke, some of my past lovers have smoked and while I don't particularly care to kiss a smoker, I don't think I'd turn down the chance to kiss smoker Johnny Depp if I ever got fortunate enough to have a choice in the matter. lol!
i try to stay out of the personel life of a celebrity, they are people too.
I personally couldn't think any less of celebrities period. they are all a bunch of arrogant, immature jerks, and I feel sorry for all the people who worship them as if their poo don't stink

I would stop being a fan(I am not a worshiper or die hard fan or anything). I am 100% against smoking. I do not like anyone who smokes. Smokers don't just hurt themselves, but they expose those around them to second hand smoke (2nd hand smoke is more deadly). I can't waste my time with a person who is so selfish as to disregard the health of those around them. Worst of all, celebrities are people who children look up to. I find it appalling that they would set such an example for young children and teens.
I don't really care - the majority of them are a waste of space anyway, so if they want to kill themselves with substance abuse that's up to them.
I think most celebrities do smoke case they have the money to purchase them.
