The Beyonce Fascination?!
Question: I had the task of taking my niece and her girlfriends to Beyonce's concert back in August and yes she is a good performer and has an okay singing voice. But that is it. It is not like her performances, singing, music or music videos are revolutionary. I saw all her movies and I don't think she is a good actress.
So what is this fascination that has caused the media to treat her like she is such a threat to other female artist in the business?

no idea. shes neither as hot nor as talented as she is hyped to be. its our vapid, brainless masses that cheer for whoever the record producers and mtv tell them to.
Blame that on her pr machine and her camp. They cater to her ego and put out this theory like she is such a threat and a force to be reckon with because of her image. All she does is shake her booty and make love to the camera and everybody talks about how talented she is. There are so many other female artist in the business who sing better, compose good lyrics and make music that has substance but they don't get the recognition. As far as her acting skills or lack of, lets not even talk about that.
Beyonce is beautiful and a great performer but its like shes constantly in your face. All you hear is Beyonce won tons of awards or shes going to be is that movie...enough already! I feel sorry for Kelly and Michelle because they really don't have a chance if Beyonce keeps putting albums out back to back.
