She got someone to take pictures of her. (nobody knows who) Here's the deal:
Zac Efron kept flirting with Ashley TIsdale on the set of HSM2, Vanessa got jealous and took pictures of herself nude and sent them to ex-boyfriend Drake Bell. Drake Bell got it and gave it to one of his friends. That friend took the pictures and posted them on the internet. Eventually, Zac recieved it and all this mumbo jumbo started happening.
