They're in LA with his sister...it is really weird because Nicole is their mother and she hardly ever spends time with them and even admitted in Vanity Fair magazine that they don't live with her and then she is quoted about how badly she wants a baby! I feel sorry for them because now that Tom got married and had Suri and Nicole got married to Keith Urban the kids are all but ignored!

Tom has custody of them and so they live with him and Katie.Nicole sees them and has them very regularly and she and Keith Urban have just bought a huge house in Nashville and had their rooms kitted out for them.
I think Brad and Angolie are trying to adopt them!

you know what the real question is..why hasn't cps jumped in and taken them away. I mean what kind of foster parents are they.
On one side, Tom acts as though they don't exist and is obsessed with Baby Suri and is planning more of a family with Katie.
On the other side, Nicole's husband keeps going to rehab. As much as I love Keith Urban, that just sucks.
Why haven't these kids divorced their parents and went in search of a good foster family. You know what I think. Its the money. Its all about the money. Those kids' happiness are being bought.

One thing I really believe, and yes Tom is a nut, but he loves his children, and I am sure he loves them equally, he is always at his daughters soccer matches, and he is alwalys with his son Connor, he loves his children, we can say all the bad things we want about Tom, and his nutty beliefs, but he is a good father, that has never been an issue......he has proven that,,,and his kids are lucky to be loved so much...
