BEVERLY HILLS, California: Struggling pop star Britney Spears apparently ran over a photographer's foot with her car, hours after losing visitation rights to her children.
According to celebrity Web site Hollywood.TV, Spears was driving out of a Beverly Hills medical-building parking structure Thursday afternoon. when the incident happened.
Messages left late Thursday with Spears' attorney were not immediately returned. A police dispatcher in Beverly Hills said late Thursday no police report had been filed.
Video on the Web site shows elements of the incident, though not the tire actually rolling over the cameraman's foot.
The video shows Spears beginning to pull out of the structure when her car is surrounded by over a dozen celebrity photographers. The car comes to a stop.
Spears honks and the car lurches forward a few feet — when the photographer is apparently hit.
Shouting is heard, and the camera jerks around as fellow photographers apparently help a man up.
Spears drives off. Second later, video shows what appears to be a tire mark on the unidentified paparazzo's sock. The man, wearing sandals with white socks, doesn't respond to questions from the cameraman but instead walks off without any apparent problems.
Earlier Thursday Spears learned she cannot even visit her young sons, who are in the custody of ex-husband Kevin Federline, until she complies with a court order, Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled.
Spears' apparent accident is not the first time she has had trouble behind the wheel. She already faces hit-and-run charges and driving without a valid license from an Aug. 6 wreck.
In that incident, Paparazzi filmed Spears steering her car into another vehicle as she tried to turn into a spot in a Studio City parking lot. The video showed her walking away after assessing the damage to her own car.

From time to time, I read about someone who is normal as the rest of us, then they suddenly do incredibly stupid things. I asked a couple of psychologists "what is WRONG with these people?"
BOTH SAID, "these people are suffering from depression!" Reality, to them, is not reality, to us. Their reality is imaginary.
But they do not know that. They think 'their' version of reality is correct.
So they, like Ms. Spears, do amazingly stupid things and we all shake our heads and wonder what is wrong.
Don't blame her. Depression is a powerful emotion that takes a long time to cure. Pray that she get's the help she needs so we can have her back again as the person we all use to know.
I think a doctor needs to examine her for post-partum depression...seriously...
Apparently, from what I saw on the news, she ran over a
reporter's foot. To my way of thinking, he should not have
been that close to the car. This is not to say that Britney
is innocent. But the paparazzi will do anything to get a
story. She was in a convertible, top down and the 2 kids
in their car seats in the back. What is she thinking??
