ok, that NEVER matters. Oprah is like the greatest mother-like lady in the world, and Rice is the most powerfu lady.
unfair question as Oprah has billions at her disposal to work on her appearance. Including make-up artists, hair stylists and those that coordinate her outfits.
Condaleesa Rice doesn't have any of that which stinks because her face is constantly plastered all over TV. Plus, her job is a billion times more stressful because she is always dealing with the unexpected- which reeks havoc on your appearance. Oprah can control her enviornment to some degree.
I think Condaleeza Rice is not as pretty as Oprah Winfrey, but that is understandable, because, she works in the political field, and that means that she makes decisions for the country itself, and focusing on what is best for the whole community, not what Oprah does, where she has a television show and does what she thinks is best.

Oprah is a pretty lady. Condaleesa is sort of ugly, but I think its mostly due to her hairstyle and style of dress. She probably could look pretty
Oprah only looks good because she wears about a ton of makeup. I think Oprah is not attractive at all, Condi is ok.
It will be an unfair comparison. Except for the fact that they do not have a fair skin, both are doing extremely important work in their respective fields.
