i read jenna jamesons book and fromt he sound of it its cause they come from broken households although she claims thats not why she does it she says she does it for the money but as you continue to read th book she too comes from a broken household so id say they do it cause they had a hard younger life and its easy for them to do this and make lots of money.

Its because every year stupid young girls go to hollywood with the thought in their stupid little heads that they could make it on to the big screen. A few months later they realize the rents two months over due, they're starving and they just spent their last 5 dollars on a hit of crack. Just then they remember that big time movie producer whom they did distasteful favors for in the back of his limo and the horrible offer which he made them, which for their honor they surely had to refuse, and they cave. But what the heck they say, the money is good, and they still get that sense that somewhere on the other side of the camera people are watching them and they are loved, and they get to hold on to that tiny bit of fame. And every year I pray for them, so that their crack dealing pimp doesnt kill them and they survive for a chance to get that small glimmer of hope.
i think those girls want to make easy money fast and from what i've read and heard that they do make quite a bit of money from performing and then when the video sells they get a bit of the profit
