What is your opinion on the woman who took that dog away from the people Ellen D!

Question: Personally I hope she loses all her business. Apparently only certain people who meet her criteria can own her dogs? That's the ultimate in snobbery. Just my opinion. What's yours?
No this is not a deep question and if your looking for one then you probably shouldn't be looking in the celebrity section.

I think she is making a mountain out of a molehill.Yes,Ellen broke the contract,BUT,the rescue broke California law by adopting out a dog that wasn't neutered.Ellen paid a lot of money to have the dog neutered and trained,so it was almost like she bought the dog. Also,it isn't as if she threw Iggy out on the street! She found him a wonderful home with people that she knows, and the little girl,Ruby, misses Iggy terribly. The family has another dog that Iggy adores,a fenced yard, and seem to be very responsible and loving. The rescue's policy of not adopting to families with kids under 14 is ridiculous. The girls are 11 and 12 and have a dog already. They know how to treat a dog properly.I think the woman is just making a fuss because it's Ellen. She needs to give Iggy back to Ruby. Also,Ellen has apologized, publicly three times, but I haven't heard that woman say she's sorry for taking the puppy from those kids.

So do I, ellen didnt know!! Poor ellen bad lady!! DOnt worry ellen we love u

Well... to be the bad guy here, it's pretty simple. Ellen broke her contract.

Yes, she found the dog a healthy, happy home, but she broke the contract.

I only wish that kids were placed in homes under such strict rules!

The Moms & Mutts organization is responsible for placing homeless pups in good homes, and has certain rules for doing so. Ellen should have, or her assistant should have, read the agreement when she got the dog. Ignorance isn't an excuse for breaking the rules, however absurd they may seem.

It's heartbreaking that those little girls got so attached to the puppy... and then had him ripped away. But again, if Ellen had handled it like a normal person, instead of a sobbing celebrity on national TV, and gone to the adoption group, perhaps a better solution could have been found.

It truly brought out the worst in many. Over a little puppy! Pretty ridiculous IMO.

whatta ***** (the lady who runs the dog place)! lol sorry, but thaats how i feel

I think it was upsetting but justified. I think they both could have reached an agreement rather than both of them acting up like this.

bytch.....

Ellen should have been aware of the laws or at least checked them out before she did such a stupid thing. The people that took the dog only work for a living, and they were following the law. Ellen is a idiot. I can't stand her.
