The Ellen fiasco?!

Apparantly Ellen got a puppy from a rescue organization, it didn't get along with her cats, so she gave the dog to her hairdressers two daughters. The rescue people found out about it and reminded Ellen that she had signed a contract saying she would not give the dog to anyone else, therefore they took the dog back to the rescue organization. Ellen was in tears because the dog was taken away from the two girls due to her mistake. I hope that rescue organization gets a lot of phone calls and emails to give the dog back to the girls. :-)
Apparently she adopted a dog from some agency, and she signed a contract saying she'd keep the dog in her home. Well, after living with the dog for a while, Ellen decided she couldn't really properly take care of the dog (it wasn't getting along with her cats?) so she gave it to her hairdresser.
The agency somehow found out Ellen gave the dog away to her hairdresser and it no longer lives with her. So the agency took the dog away from the hairdresser since Ellen had now broken the contract that she signed when she got the dog.
Ellen is sad because she didn't read the contract and feels bad for the kids of the hairdresser becuase they bonded with the dog but the agency is taking the dog away anyway.
I think the agency should just let Ellen's hairdresser keep the dog since it's in a good home now anyway and is used to the family. But I guess the agency treats the dog like a kid -- you can't just adopt a kid and give the kid to a friend if you were tired with them. Oh well!
Ellen got a puppy from the rescue people and then later she
gave it to a family with children. Apparently, she was not
allowed to do this. The rescue people came and took the
puppy from the children and Ellen pleaded with them to
allow the children to have the puppy. The children were
heartbroken. I am not an Ellen fan but when I heard what
happened and how broken Ellen was, my heart went out to
her. She tried to do something nice and got a kick in the
teeth for it.
