I know the one that calls himself Saint Jimmy personally and he's a totally awesome guy in fact I'd go as far as to call him the "Jesus of Suburbia" met him backstage a while back and he gave me his mail address which was really unexpected.
Obviously I don't pester the guy as it's on a professional basis I'm a published songwriter and he plays in a band, right now he's a little short on inspiration though I'm sure he'll find something out there when the Prodigal Son returns (hint)

I don't know know if this counts. Christopher Parker (used to be Spencer Moon in Eastenders or Alfie Moon's younger brother) used to be a lifeguard in my local leisure centre. I didn't know him very well, but I was a regular member of the leisure centre and used to see him walk around the pool when i go swimming. He was a very polite guy and had a really nice personality. Well, I didn't see him or talk to him anymore after he quitted.

My work is a hotbed of stars, ha ha. I am a teacher and my fellow art teacher went to Uni with Snowpatrol and Edith from Radio 1. The other teacher of Art grew up in Crieff with Euan McGregor, my sister was in a crap STV programme with him when they were still at achool and my husband knows his dad. I don't "know" any stars but I have sat next to the guy from taggart at the football and I did knock back an invite to Snoop Dog's hotel suite when I stayed at the Hilton in Sydney, infact his people were most offended and abusive by my refusal to join their "ninesome". Sad but true.

I connected with a guy named Jim Morrison, lead singer of the Doors back in the late 60,s while he was on tour. We were friendly but I would not drop acid with him and that ended that. He later died of an overdose. He was a great guy sober and drug free but he would do drugs for days at a time and was not the same "good ol guy". Too bad, he could have done something with his life.
