Answers: I met Orlando Bloom .....seemed a nice guy..
Yes, I met Jada Pinckett Smith at a women's rally and she was down to earth, warm and sisterly - just plain old folks.
I used to work at Yale New Haven Hospital and I was walking in an isolated area and as I turned the corner Paul Newman was right in front of me, as my eyes got big and my mouth started to open he put his finger to his lips and said shhhhh.
I smiled said hi and kept walking.
Lots of times. Sometimes they are really nice, and other times they are bitches.

For instance, NICE:
Ashton Kutcher
Mare Winningham
Brad Paisley and Kimberley Williams-Paisley
Jennifer Love Hewitt
Oscar de la Hoya

NASTY:
Loni Anderson
Kate Mulgrew (Captain Janeway on "Star Trek: Voyager")
Tom Arnold
Dweezil Zappa
Gary Coleman
I've been a personal trainer to a few celebs. Two were complete knuckleheads and 3 were the nicest people I've ever met.
Have met a few, most have been sports personalities, most have been A-holes.

By far the worst was Gary Payton, his mob would beat anyone that tried to so much as get close to him.

David Spade was a nice guy as was Kevin Kneelon
I met a famous writer once (won't say his name so he won't get embarrassed!) and he seemed like an ordinary guy, like anybody on the street. You wouldn't have known him to be something amazing if he hadn't introduced himself.
i met myself.
i was so proud
i was like OMG!!!!!
I met Jimmy Saville when i was in hospitol as a child he used to come in and help out. Lovely man didn t mind me nearly chucking up on him. I also met Jamie Redknapp when he played for liverpool top bloke he chatted away and bought me a drink

my friend went in the same toilet cublicle as Chrissy Hind at JFK in the late 80's... does this count...

she came out, as my friend was waiting to go in...
The Duchess of Kent, and she seemed very nice from her one sentence conversation with me !
Yes.By all means they are a little different from rest.I think I feel so.I wish if I could be one such.So do You I guess.
Just humans. I met one who is a very popular musician that everyone loves to met but he was rather disappointing in my assessment.
I met Ant and Deck at the footy in Newcastle they shared a box with Robbie Williams, my friends and i were lucky enough to be in the one next to theirs, Ant and Deck were very down to earth and chatted back and forth, as for Robbie Williams, well, he never even looked our way, so none of us asked for his autograph, but we asked for Ant and Decks,,,, so up yours Robbie, thought he was a god so he did, I lost my admiration for him.
I have met plenty of celebrities. THey aren't so different from us. But some are really nice.
Years ago at the Odeon Cinema at Harrow I met and chatted with Joe Brown (of JB and the bruvvers) and also Heinz. He was the blond bombshell of the day. Both were playing in their bands and I went backstage as a photographer's reporter. Both were very ordinary people and easy to chat with....I have also met and spoken with, Niall McKenzie, Chris Walker (the Stalker), Carl Foggerty (Foggy), and lots of other motorcycle racers. As you'd expect, all very pleasant people, not show-offs at all. I was also an extra in a film called Freebird (about bikers) and actually kissed the main star. mmmm what was his name again????????
