Answers: why are fat girls/boys unattractive to some people and why do they make such a big deal. in my opinion, everyone is ugly..oops, i mean, beautiful. and why did tyra banks stand up for fat people only when she was fat, and then lost weight quickly?

The concept of "sexy and thin" people has always been a norm in society. Supermodels walking the ramp; tall, beautiful women posing in magazines with the most fashionable clothes... they help in strengthening this image that "being attractive" is by being sexy and thin.

I doubt if this "norm" will ever change in the future. That's because some people will only look on the outer (physical) side of someone and judge quickly. They see a big fat girl and instantly classify her as unattractive.

I don't know about the Tyra Banks part, because I can't stand her and her show. tyra banks stuck up for fat people but then she got ridiculed for her weight by the media so then lost weight.And not everyone thinks fat people are unattractive it is only small minded and mean people that think this as they are hiding there own insecurities It depends on how you view the whole thing. But fat is not the main issue to me but personality is a more important aspect to me. idk,i bothers me really...I wish I lived in rubenesque era,lol... Society always makes fun of fat people.... so therefore a lot of retards believe that being skinny at the skeletal point is attractive, I think A lot of men think that a little overweight is attractive, I bet you they prefer to grab something than have a bone next to them.

as for tyra, she is in the modeling industry, that's a different story if you aren't skinny the designers/managers wont book you, the majority of sample clothes are size 2 or 4 ....
