I know that the internet displays pop up about that but I do not think it is too safe. You can ask your carrier or try searching on Google. Also, if you have internet access on your phone you can do that. My cousin does that all the time to get ring tones and music. Just keep in mind that is costs money. Hope I helped! If the Jonas Brothers make a show on Disney channel I will watch it like everyday because the Jonas Brothers music rocks!!!
