Does Jonny Fairplay have a case against Danny Bonaduce? or will it be thrown out!
Question: For once, I think Danny was not out of line. He is typically a hot head in every situation. I would have done the same. I think Jonny is lucky Danny didnt turn around and start kicking the you know what out of him while he was laying on the floor. I think it will get thrown out of court, and it should. The DA didnt charge Danny. Good reason not to, after they viewed the tape. Wonder if that dummy Jonny will ever do that monkeyfck move on anyone else again, or if he learned a lesson. He is such a jerk, he got a lot more than he deserved, but he did deserve some embarrassment!

Did ya see the tape? Fairplay was asking for it! Thrown out of court. A clear case of self defense. No case, wasn't even charged by the Police, he physically charged Danny and began what looked like trying to hump him, it might have been a little rough but too bad, he didn't have to do that. He took the risk and he new Danny's temper.
Hockey Guy, FYI, Danny was on stage as a presenter and Johnny walked on the stage uninvited and was being booed, when Danny commented after Johnny asked why are they booing me ? Danny said because your a loser to his girlfriend, when a lady in a headset, don't know if it was Adrienne Curry told him to tell Johnny that and he did, then started to walk away and was charged by Johnny, and one more thing nobody is denying the lawsuit, dippy !
