I agree to it.cricket is like a religion in India so naturally players here are considered as gods .we give lot more attention to cricket than other sports.but that is not a fault of cricket or other sports .In my opinion cricket gives more entertainment than other games and lot of media attention to it.l Name and fame,as a celebrity in any place or time depend on the ecunumic laws of demand and supply.
