Maybe if the paparazzi would back off? I'm sorry I'm going to go against the consensus here. Britney spears just needs to fade away. Out of the news, magazines, and music scene. She is not that great of a singer and she is teaching some really awful things to young girls who listen to her. The fact that you said "Aside from her custody battle, the bad driving and her baldness..." shows that you don't think those are big issues. She is famous, the Paparazzi are never going to back off and they never did with any other famous person before her. They are out to try to make some money just like she is. Personally I don't think she will ever make a comeback, And if she does it will just further show how degenerated the young generation that listens to her is. I would like to see a comeback, but Britney has dug herself into a hole that she cant get out of she is a little weird but britteny spears is a brilliant singer i think she could make a comeback her hard core fans will always support her regardless of what she does. so she probably will make a comeback.

personally though i have lost all respect for her... shes not a brilliant singer at all.. if her carreer was based on her voice alone.. she shouldent even have one(a career) and i think her comeback is a waste of time.. she had her fame and now shes f^&*ed up... id be embaressed to even TRY if i were her First of all I think she is using the paparazzi, she makes sure she stays in the lime light, because after all, bad publicity is better than no publicity, that's the impression some of these young celebrities give us.

If she would really get her act together, pull herself together and do something positive for a change, I would support her all the way. But for her I think its already to late. Maybe for her it would be better if she just fades away. Britney Spears is just confused. Any woman who was in the spot light 75% of her life, was married young, had kids young, and had a piece of s*it cheating husband who went out constantly would flip out the way she has. Everyone is acting like Kevin is the good guy, lets not forget all the s*it he did to her when they were "happy". She just wanted her chance to have a life when she left him and everyone criticized her for it. I don't agree with some of the decisions she has made, but she got a taste of the adult life and didn't know where to draw the line. I 100% believe that now she has the support of her Mom back she is going to turn herself around. Her song is awesome and is at the top of the BIllboard 100. It was #3 the other day I looked. I along with millions of other people who are her true fans will buy her album and if she decides to go on tour she WILL sell out. Though she doesn't have a voice like Christina Aguilera, she is a great performer. Everyone saying she doesn't sing well, watch the video under my comment. She is actually singing it and I think she sounds pretty d*mn good. And even when she has lip synched its because she was dancing - have you ever tried to sing and do dance moves at the same time? On top of that, Britney is an excellent dancer. Everyone is so focused on her new stuff they have erased the old Britney, and she was HOT and can dance GREAT. She CAN get herself back if she wants to. And to be honest, all the people who are rooting against her and don't know her personally needs to find something better in their life to be judgemental about - if she never did anything personal to you, why are you hating her so much? She may be a has-been at the moment, but all the people talking crap are a never-was.
