Answers: well it was supposed to come out summer of 07, but obviously that didnt happen. ryan ross said they are re-writing the lyrics[and music, i think. maybe its just the lyrics, though.] because they were disgusting. [wtf, true love is not a fairytale?] so what ive heard is mid to late 2008. I dont know but i CANT WAIT! WOW!!! Ryan says, "february 2008"
