How can I make my childhood dream come true?
I am a 14 year old girl and ever since I was old enough to watch movies I have always wanted to act. My parents want to help but they think that every thing is a scam. I am very smart, I even skipped a grade so I know I could handle schooling and acting together. I have an athletic body, since I am a very active person. I have long Brown hair and I have a passion for acting all I need is now is to make it happen. So my question is how can I make my dream of being a professional actress become a reality?

what i did is that i enrolled in drama class
i also joined drama club, both have helped me soo much ..so first if u go to school, look no further because almost all major actors took part in high school theater at one point..also look for acting workshops and acting in a local community theater=]
good luck=]]] You would probably need to hire an agent, who will find castings and all that fun stuff for you. In the meantime you can always participate in plays and musicals. well you should definitely enroll in a local acting class and get involved in school plays and muscials. also hire an agent, they'll find you commercials and ads and tv guest spots to do, etc
stay patient and continue watching movies and admiring actors like meryl streep
