I don't think so. no im pretty sure you can sell w/e on ebay as long as its not like drugs or anything like that...some one sold a sandwitch a celeb. took a bite out of so i don't think an autograph is a problem No, but you would have to provide details in the description to authenticate it somehow. Anyone can sign a name on a piece of paper.
It wouldn't be worth much without authentication. not that I know of I've been on ebay before and have seen autographed items No, it isn't. I don't think so unless you copied their signature and are trying to pass it off as the real thing. That would be fraud.
