Answers: Maybe he was coming out legs-first, when he was being born, and got stuck. So, the doctor pulled the crap out of his legs and this stretched Jay's facial area, in the vicinity of the Chin, before he finally popped out.
Yes. If he was a natural birth, the "Chin" of course! Well considering you come out head first it has to be the chin. I just seen him in Vegas and let me tell you in person it is even bigger. That's one of those questions that we may never really solve.
