I think Cristopher Plummer and Stephanie Beacham in Secrets(danielle steeles) ,have the best chemistry.
Answers: Without a shadow of a doubt it has to be Emily Deschannel and David Boreanez who play Bones and Booth in the superb tv show Bones. These pair have so much chemistry that they are steaming!! If you dont believe me check an episode out for yourself!! Christopher Ecclestone and Billie Piper were a great team in Doctor Who Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn, still the best. Steve and Karen in corrie (sorry dont know their real names) Patricia Arquette and Jake Weber as Allison and Joe in Medium. Very believable, very sweet. jonny depp captain jack sparrow and miss swan in the pirates of the caribbean David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel in Bones yup deffo some hot chemistry there.
