Do you think Beyonce Knowles will ever be taken seriously as an actress?
Answers: At this point, I don't think so. If you notice she is always playing the same person in every movie. Plus her acting skills are not as good as when she is performing on stage. When she is acting she always has that blank stare and shows no emotions. She just reads her line. I think with Dreamgirls, she thought that her being attractive and being a music superstar would win people over and guarantee her an Oscar win. I think she found out the hard way, it just doesn't work like that. If she wants to be taken seriously as an actress, she needs to step out of her comfort zone and play a totally different character and get some acting lessons while she is at it. No. I dont think she's a good actress at all She acts too ? , I never noticed :)) NO, likes Ur beautiful name? I think that Beyonce is already taken seriously since her first big movie...That's my girl and anyone who thinks differently is crazy! yes, I do. I saw her in "Dreamgirls" and was not at all impressed by her acting. It was as if she was told she could get away with just standing there looking pretty and not put much effort into her acting. Jennifer Hudson completely stole the movie away from Beyonce.
If she wants to be taken seriously, she should take some more acting lessons, and consider taking a part where her appearance isn't quite so polished. no i think people who are in one typr of show business should stick to that and nothing else! i hate it when singers presume they can act or actors presume they can sing! i think she already is taken seriously b/c she gets acting roles pretty often. Although i dont think she will be recognized for it b/c she is not that great of an actress. she will most likely continue to do roles due to her singing fame but not become more famous b/c of it. Yes. I think anybody can. As long as they pick they right roles and have a great director to guide them. She just needs chose a role that fits her character. SURE she't thery good when she play in a movie
